Saturday my brother and dad came over to watch some boxing. I had already picked up some fajitas, chips and beer, but decided to run back to HEB to get some sausage. After I picked up the sausage, I remembered that my dad likes to snack on peanuts. I grabbed a can and headed to the checkout. The checkout person couldn't help but point out what I was buying - sausage and nuts. We both laughed.

My story? Okay. It was never easy for me. I was born a poor black child. I remember the days, sittin' on the porch with my family, singin' and dancin' down in Mississippi.
